Fixation Methods
Restorelle™ does not require the use of long mesh tails nor trocar needle delivery to achieve adequate surgical fixation.
Restorelle™ meshes are shaped to drape over the interspinous diameter so as to facilitate sacrospinous attachment by the vaginal route. Current suture and suture-driver methods are appropriate.
Short mesh tails are incorporated to allow additonal mesh fixation within the perineal body for a posterior repair, and under the pubic arch for anterior repair.
